Who We’re Looking For
Experience in sales or a customer-facing role preferred (mattress industry experience is a plus).
At least 2–3 years of sales experience , preferably in the mattress industry.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Ability to learn quickly with strong attention to detail.
Experience leading and motivating a team to achieve sales targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and team-oriented
Weekend availability required
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Strong interest in understanding customer needs, sleep habits, and lifestyle factors to recommend the right products
Qualifications
Strong leadership skills, high sense of responsibility, and big-picture thinking.
Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong listening and problem-solving skills
Ability to stand and assist customers for extended periods
Comfortable using technology (tablets, CRM systems, scheduling tools)
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive in-store experience.
Monitor store performance, sales metrics, and KPIs, and take action to improve results.
Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
Maintain high standards of store presentation, merchandising, and cleanliness.
Ensure proper inventory management and stock availability.
Handle customer inquiries, issues, and escalations in a professional manner.
Implement company policies, procedures, and sales strategies.
Support store growth by identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve operations.
