Burns Honda is hiring a
high-performing Sales Call Center Representative (BDC)
to manage and convert a large volume of inbound and outbound opportunities.
This role is for professionals who know how to
control a call, build urgency, and lock appointments
- not just "answer questions".

Compensation (NJ Pay Transparency Compliant)
Compensation Range: $50,000 – $75,000+ annually
Pay Structure: Base salary + performance bonuses + commission on appointments/shows/sales
Top performers consistently exceed $80,000+
What You'll Do
Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails
Set and confirm qualified appointments for the sales team
Follow a structured 14-day contact strategy with speed and consistency
Overcome objections and guide customers toward in-store visits
Maintain detailed and accurate CRM activity
Work closely with management to hit and exceed KPIs (appointments, show rate, sold rate)
What We're Looking For
REQUIRED:
Prior automotive BDC or high-volume call center sales experience
Spanish-speaking preferred (not required, but a major advantage)
Proven ability to hit or exceed performance metrics
Strong phone presence - confident, clear, and persuasive
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Competitive mindset with a drive to win daily
Success in This Role Looks Like
Consistently hitting 40%+ appointment conversion
Maintaining 70%+ show rate
Driving measurable contribution to dealership sales
