Pay is depending on experience. Minimum for Call Center Representative is $19.06/hr, Specialist is $21.27/hr, Senior Specialist is $23.43/hr

We’re hiring for our Call Center team:

Call Center Representative

(entry level)

Call Center Specialist

(experienced)

Call Center Senior Specialist

(expert level)

No matter where you land, you’ll play a key role in helping customers navigate their financial world with confidence.

What You’ll Do Every day is different, but here’s what you can expect:

Be the friendly voice customers trust handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online requests

Solve problems on the spot with a “one-call resolution” mindset

Guide customers through banking products, digital tools, and services

Identify opportunities to help customers meet their financial goals

Troubleshoot everything from simple requests to complex banking issues (depending on your level)

Deliver top-tier service with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency

Specialist

For those with proven experience

Handle more complex requests, account maintenance, and escalations

Our experts and leaders on the floor

Tackle advanced issues, mentor others, and help shape the customer experience

Basic Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Relevant experience (level depends on position)

Military experience welcomed and valued

Work Environment
