National Accounts Collections Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Collections Specialist to support high-volume national accounts in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with large customer portfolios, and partnering cross-functionally to improve cash flow and account accuracy. What You’ll Do:
Manage collections and account reconciliation for national accounts Conduct proactive follow-up to ensure timely payments Investigate and resolve billing, credit, and deduction discrepancies Maintain accurate customer account records Communicate with customers to resolve outstanding balances Work within customer portals to track invoices, disputes, and payments Partner with internal teams (sales, customer service, finance) to resolve issues Support goals related to aging reduction and cash flow improvement What You Bring:
2+ years of B2B collections experience (manufacturing or distribution preferred) Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable and reconciliations Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards or similar a plus) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
