Position Outbound Call Representative

Location Tonawanda, NY or Remote (local candidates only; required for in-person training and meetings)

Compensation $18-$22/hr + commission based on experience

What We Are Looking For NOCO Energy is seeking a motivated, organized, and results-driven Outbound Call/ Lead Generator to support our growing commercial and residential energy sales teams. This role is responsible for outbound calling, prospecting, and qualifying potential customers for energy and environmental consulting. The ideal candidate will be comfortable on the phone, able to engage business decision‑makers, and skilled at identifying sales‑ready opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales conversations, thrives in a goal‑oriented environment, and wants flexible part‑time work with performance‑based upside.

What You'll Do

Make outbound calls to businesses and property owners to introduce NOCO Energy’s energy and sustainability solutions

Identify and engage decision‑makers (facility managers, owners, CFOs, etc.)

Qualify leads based on energy usage, contract timing, ownership structure, and interest level

Pre‑qualify prospects for electric supply, natural gas, and solar opportunities

Accurately log all calls, notes, and outcomes in NOCO’s CRM

Schedule qualified appointments or hand off warm leads to NOCO sales representatives

Maintain consistent call volume and activity targets

Follow up on previously contacted leads and nurture long‑term opportunities

Maintain professionalism and brand representation for NOCO Energy

What You Will Need

Familiar working in a CRM (logging activity, tracking leads, managing pipelines)

Experience with lead pre‑qualification (budget, authority, timing, and need)

Strong verbal communication and phone presence

Comfortable making high‑volume outbound calls

Organized, reliable, and detail‑oriented

Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently

Experience in energy, utilities, solar, or commercial services

Prior cold calling, inside sales, or appointment‑setting experience
