Practice Focus & Responsibilities Attorneys in this role will work on a broad range of employment‑related matters, including:
Employment litigation in state and federal courts
Discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims
Wage and hour and class/representative actions
Advising employers on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Drafting and reviewing employment policies, handbooks, and agreements
Assisting with investigations, hearings, and administrative proceedings

Requirements
Current State License
3–5 years
of labor & employment experience
Experience handling employment litigation and/or advisory matters
Strong legal research, writing, and motion practice skills
Ability to manage matters independently with appropriate supervision
Experience working directly with clients and internal teams
