McDonald Plastic Molding currently has a job opportunity for a Customer Service Representative. This position is responsible for performing administrative duties to support all management office staff. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Assist our customers through the ordering process to the shipping and invoicing process Respond to incoming inquiries and tasks from other co-workers in a customer focused and professional manner Obtain and maintain current products that are being made and shipped out Establish rapport and trust with all customers, ensuring a high-quality experience Perform other duties as assigned Participate in group and individual training. Perform all duties in a safe manner while supporting and encouraging the company’s safety culture. Determine personal strengths and delegate workload that best fits each individual. Maintain a clean, organized and safe working environment. Perform all job duties with a positive, collaborative, and encouraging attitude. QUALIFICATIONS include the following.
