What You’ll Be Doing
Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
Enter customer quotes and prepare accurate sales contracts
Coordinate daily customer orders and ensure timely, precise delivery
Maintain organized records and documentation across sales and logistics systems
Support customer service needs with professionalism and attention to detail
What We Are Looking For
Background in aggregates, building materials, or trucking/logistics preferred
Strong organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple priorities
Clear and effective verbal and written communication
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to navigate ERP/CRM systems
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, documentation, and transactional work
Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment
Critical Skills and Experience
Demonstrated capability in administrative support, sales coordination, or customer service
Skill in managing order workflows, documentation, and transactional accuracy
Experience working with digital tools such as ERP, CRM, or order‑management systems
Ability to interpret and follow established processes, policies, and customer requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, administration, or a related field is beneficial
Physical Demands
Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while working at a computer
Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds for documents, samples, or office supplies
Work Environment This position operates in an office-based setting with regular interaction across sales, logistics, and customer service teams. The role involves working with time‑sensitive information in a dynamic environment.
