What You’ll Do
Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day property operations
Manage rent collections and proactively handle delinquency
Track and post tenant payments accurately
Support Section 8 housing processes
Assist with vendor coordination, contract negotiations, and cost oversight
Help identify opportunities to grow the property portfolio
What We’re Looking For
Experience managing single-family rental properties
Strong background in collections and delinquency management
Comfortable having direct conversations to resolve payment issues
Familiarity with eviction processes and court proceedings
Nice to Have
Section 8 / affordable housing experience
