Your opportunity

Multi-asset investment strategist focused on integrating quantitative techniques with fundamental macro views

Contribute to portfolio construction and optimization across macro strategies

Maintain and grow relationships among ETF providers and internal partners

Translate macro and fundamental research into quantitative and model‑driven investment frameworks

Partner with JHG risk, trading, and optimization teams to improve implementation and outcomes

Support research, product innovation, and investment communication

Carry out other duties as assigned

Must have skills

Demonstrated experience across quantitative and fundamental macro investing

Strong research background with genuine investment decision‑making experience

Broad multi‑asset market knowledge and sound market intuition

Familiarity with portfolio optimizers and construction tools

Experience mentoring or guiding junior investment talent

Graduate degree/CFA preferred

Minimum 10 years relevant experience

Compensation information The base salary range for this position is $175,000-$200,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This position will be open through the end of April 2026.

Annual Bonus Opportunity Position may be eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
