Position Overview:
Partnerships are a critical growth engine at Prism, and we're ensuring our products are available through the pipes and platforms our customers already usecredit bureaus, open banking aggregators, processors, decision engines, and more. We have a strong base of active partnerships to deepen, a growing pipeline of reseller/channel partnerships to close, and important strategic initiatives underway. Prism is seeking an experienced Manager or Director (level based on experience) to own and scale these efforts. Reporting to the VP, Partnerships and Customer Success, you will be responsible for activating and expanding revenue with existing partners, sourcing and structuring new partnerships, and leading joint product/integration roadmaps that create durable, high-margin distribution. What You'll Do:
Own and grow partnerships revenue Manage a portfolio of strategic partners; set joint business plans, pipeline targets, and QBRs to drive opportunity creation and closed-won revenue.
Proactively research and identify new strategic partners; develop opportunities, negotiate and close reseller, referral, and other distribution agreements.
Activate channels Enable partner sales and success teams with training, messaging, collateral, and demos; co-sell on priority opportunities and build scalable playbooks.
Make and track referrals.
Collaborate with Marketing and partner teams on case studies, webinars, events, and marketplace listings that convert.
Forecast and report Own partner pipeline hygiene and forecasting in CRM.
Track and measure key partnership metrics. activation, sourced/influenced revenue, attach rates, and time-to-first-deal.
Collaborate cross-functionally Lead joint product development: partner with Product, Data Science and Engineering to define integration roadmaps (APIs, data flows, packaging, pricing), shepherd technical validation, and deliver GA launches.
Align with Sales, Engineering, Product, Data Science, and Customer Success to ensure partner paths-to-production are clear and fast.
Represent Prism externally Attend industry events and onsite partner meetings
Champion Prism's point of view on cash flow underwriting
Qualifications:
Experience Manager level: 8+ years in partnerships, channel/reseller, or strategic BD at a high-growth B2B technology company.
Director level: 10+ years with demonstrated ownership of partner-sourced revenue targets and team/program leadership.
Domain Track record working with one or more of: lenders, credit bureaus, open banking aggregators, payment processors, decision engines, loan origination/servicing platforms, or adjacent fintech infrastructure.
Commercial acumen Proven success creating strategic partnerships, building relationships, negotiating complex agreements, and hitting or exceeding revenue goals.
Superior skills in researching the market and identifying the highest value opportunities.
Technical fluency Comfort explaining credit model performance, APIs, data flows, and integration patterns; ability to translate customer/partner needs into product requirements.
Operational rigor Strong planning, stakeholder management, and CRM discipline; adept at building scalable enablement and reporting.
Communication Excellent written and verbal communicator who can influence across internal and external executive audiences.
Travel Willingness to travel for partner meetings and industry events as needed.
Nice-to-have Experience with joint solution packaging, marketplace listings, and/or SBFE/financial data partnerships.
Other Information:
Target base salary for this role is between $140,000 and $190,000 per year. Prism also offers additional equity-based compensation. Potential commission-based or variable compensation is dependent on the role. Prism provides a comprehensive benefit plan, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Pay is based on factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience and skillset, and location.
