
Ship/Rec Specialist - Level 2

As a Ship/Rec Specialist - Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing the shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and products. You will play a crucial role in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting the overall supply chain operations.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics operations by ensuring that all shipments are processed accurately and on time. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments and collaborating with other departments to resolve any shipping or receiving issues.
Responsibilities Key Responsibilities
Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accurate documentation and timely deliveries
Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve any shipping or receiving issues
Utilize warehouse management systems to track and monitor inventory levels
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE
2+ years of experience in shipping and receiving within a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Experience with inventory management systems.

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
