R114775## It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!*We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.*The Lending Servicing Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of loan data that has been entered into our core system.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities*** Review loans boarded to the system for completeness and accuracy* Compare data fields between closing documents and the core loan system* Identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution with relevant business units* Maintain detailed records of quality control findings and corrections* Collaborate with other business units to uphold data standards* Support the team in maintaining compliance and operational standards* Assist management in maintaining compliance within the Bank’s core processing system* Provide input relative to quality control* Ensure that all departmental documents and activities are performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures as applicable to this position, including completion of required compliance training.* Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned**Qualifications**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
