We're seeking a Sr Construction Superintendent to support one of our highly respected clients delivering public works and municipal construction projects. This organization is known for building essential infrastructure that supports communities, including school district and civic developments. You’ll join a team that values strong field leadership, accountability, and consistent project execution.
Objective Lead field operations across public works construction projects, ensuring efficient coordination, quality execution, and alignment with project timelines and financial targets.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily field operations, driving productivity, safety, and adherence to project plans
Coordinate subcontractors and crews across multiple scopes including concrete, underground utilities, and site work
Manage scheduling efforts and track progress against milestones using established systems
Handle RFIs, field documentation, and communication between field and project teams
Support installation and coordination of MEP systems within municipal and public projects
Qualifications
Experience delivering public works or municipal construction projects
Background working on school district or government-supported builds
Strong knowledge of underground utilities and concrete construction methods
Experience using Procore for documentation and project tracking
Familiarity with Primavera for scheduling and timeline management
Ability to manage budgets and monitor project performance in the field
Proven ability to lead subcontractors and maintain jobsite control
Strong organizational and communication skills in fast‑paced environments
