Marketing & Communications Manager Oakland Art Murmur, an East Bay visual arts nonprofit, is seeking a skilled Marketing & Communications Manager to join our team as an independent contractor. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller and executor with experience in communications strategy, email marketing, website management, and graphic design — and the ability to work independently across multiple platforms. Cultural fluency and a passion for arts or creative communities is a big plus. This is a flexible remote role (~15 hours/week) compensating $25–$30/hour, depending on experience.
