Human Resources Director
Tank Connection LLC is seeking an experienced and hands-on Human Resources Director to join our manufacturing leadership team in a planned succession role. This position offers a unique opportunity to work alongside our current Human Resources Director for approximately one year before transitioning into the Director role upon their planned retirement. This role is ideal for an HR leader who understands the complexities of a multi-location environment and values building strong relationships with plant leadership, supervisors, and hourly employees.
