What You’ll Be Responsible For
You’ll own the full HR function at the site level, balancing strategy with execution: Lead recruitment strategy and hiring for a manufacturing workforce Manage employee relations, performance management, and workplace concerns Guide disciplinary actions and ensure fair, consistent practices Identify training needs and implement development programs Oversee compensation and benefits administration Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and regulations Maintain HR documentation, reporting, and HRIS accuracy Lead and support the HR team, setting clear priorities and direction Serve as a trusted HR partner to plant and operational leadership
What We’re Looking For 7+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment (required) Proven experience handling employee relations and compliance issues SHRM or PHR certification (required) Strong HRIS experience Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion Confident, practical leadership style — comfortable making decisions Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Comfortable working on-site in an operational setting
