Personal Lines Producer
Job Summary Seeking a motivated and dynamic
Personal Lines Producer
to join a growing team. This role is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for building relationships, driving sales, and delivering exceptional service in the personal lines insurance space. As a Personal Lines Producer, you will play a key role in expanding the client base by developing referral partnerships, building your own book of business, and working with house leads to establish a strong foundation. This is an onsite position that offers a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Compensation Package
Base Salary : $40,000 - $60,000 (depending on experience) + commissions
Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k).
Responsibilities
Build and maintain referral partnerships to generate new business opportunities.
Develop and grow your own book of business while leveraging house leads during the initial stages.
Focus on selling standard personal lines insurance products, with the opportunity to expand into high-net-worth accounts over time.
Seek and secure accounts with multiple lines of coverage, including larger and more complex accounts.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulations to better serve clients.
Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses : Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
Experience : Previous experience in personal lines insurance sales is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to succeed in a sales environment.
Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively with team members.
Familiarity with insurance quoting and policy management software is a plus.
