Role Overview
This is a full-time Personal Lines Producer role with remote flexibility. As a Personal Lines Producer, you will consult with individuals and families on home, auto, umbrella, and life insurance needs while building long term client relationships. You will generate new business through referrals and community networking, manage your own book of business, and provide trusted guidance to help clients protect what matters most. Your key responsibilities may include: Generate new personal lines business through referrals, networking events, community involvement, and local relationship building Consult with individuals and families on home, auto, umbrella, and life insurance needs using an education first approach Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and present tailored coverage recommendations with clarity and integrity Build, manage, and grow a personal book of business through consistent follow up, renewals, and cross selling opportunities Develop and maintain strong partnerships with realtors, lenders, and other local referral sources Deliver an in person, relationship driven client experience that positions you as a long term trusted advisor Property and Casualty License must be active 3+ years experience in Personal Lines Insurance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in insurance software and Google Workspace Prior Account Manager or Producer experience Computer Skills: MS Word, Excel, Google, AMS, and CRM platforms 50% reimbursement of health, dental, and vision insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) 17 Days Paid Holidays Commission on new business sales and renewals $45,000-$60,000 Plus Commission in the first year Job Type: Full-time
