Develop and execute editorial-first concepts that align with Front Office Sports’ storytelling ethos and partner objectives

Direct and manage shoots in studio and on location, ensuring a high level of production quality and efficiency

Collaborate cross-functionally with editorial, social, partnerships, and design teams to ensure content performs across platforms

Collaborate with partnership marketing on building pre-production materials such as mood boards, shoot & style guides, etc.

Oversee post-production, including editing, revisions, and final delivery optimized for distribution on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X

Manage multiple concurrent productions at different stages while maintaining clear communication and organization

Contribute to creative ideation and help evolve Front Office Sports’ branded content offerings and repeatable franchises
