Description
Front Office Sports is seeking a Producer to join our growing Multimedia team. This role will be instrumental in bringing to life premium, editorial‑first storytelling for partners across our ecosystem—spanning social, video, YouTube, and on‑site experiences.
The ideal candidate is a hands‑on, end‑to‑end producer who thrives in a fast‑paced, digital‑first environment and can manage multiple projects simultaneously at various stages of production. This role requires a deep understanding of how to craft compelling narratives that live at the intersection of sports, business, and culture, while seamlessly integrating brand partners in an authentic, non‑intrusive way.
You will lead projects from concept through delivery including creative development, pre‑production, production (both in‑studio and on‑location), and post‑production while maintaining Front Office Sports’ premium editorial voice.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end production & editing of branded content across formats, including short‑form social, mid‑form digital series, and long‑form YouTube
Develop and execute editorial‑first concepts that align with Front Office Sports’ storytelling ethos and partner objectives
Direct and manage shoots in studio and on location, ensuring a high level of production quality and efficiency
Collaborate cross‑functionally with editorial, social, partnerships, and design teams to ensure content performs across platforms
Collaborate with partnership marketing on building pre‑production materials such as mood boards, shoot & style guides, etc.
Oversee post‑production, including editing, revisions, and final delivery optimized for distribution on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X
Manage multiple concurrent productions at different stages while maintaining clear communication and organization
Contribute to creative ideation and help evolve Front Office Sports’ branded content offerings and repeatable franchises
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
4-6 years of experience in digital media production, branded content, or unscripted storytelling
Proven experience managing productions from concept through delivery, including budgets and crews
Strong understanding of digital‑first storytelling and what performs across social platforms and YouTube
Experience producing content in sports, business, media, or culture‑driven environments
Proven experience working with Fortune 500 brands and being able to manage feedback from clients and agencies
Ability to craft narratives that are both compelling and aligned with brand integrations
Experience editing or overseeing edits for sizzles, short‑form social content, or docu‑style storytelling
Comfortable working in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment with tight turnaround times
