Trinity collaborates with retirement plan sponsors and their associated financial professionals in delivering a highly effective administration and compliance solution for their employer sponsored retirement plan.
What Our Relationship Managers are responsible for: Operations Responsibilities
Proactivelyandsystematicallyfollowuponallitemsnecessarytocompleteannualadministrationandcompliance testing.
ProactivelyparticipateandassistwithonboardingTrinitynew clients.
Logallemail,phoneandmeeting activities.
Proactively track and monitor all conversion events, administration and compliance events, and client communications effectively managing your dashboard.
Identifyandenforceallspecialbilling opportunities.
DocumentinPensionProallSponsorandAdvisorinteractions(meetingminutenotesandcompliance activity)
Relationship Management Responsibilities
CollaboratewithotherdepartmentsindeliveringTrinity’sreportsandanticipatingtheclient’s questions.
Explain, in a clear manner, to Plan Sponsors and Financial Advisors the various aspects of Defined Benefit administration, including, but not limited to:
Actuarial Valuations
Annual Return Forms 5500
Discrimination Testing
Schedule SB
Participant Distributions
AFTAP Certifications
ProactivelycollaboratewithRVP’saboutinternalsales opportunities.
ResolveconflictsanddisputeswithTrinityserviceswithSponsorsand Advisors.
Attendandparticipateindepartmentalandcorporate meetings.
AssistotherTeamMembersinresolvingquestions,disputesand conflicts.
Consulting Responsibilities
Anticipateclientquestions,problemsandworktowardsolutionsthataretechnicallyclearand accurate.
Beabletoread,understandandinterpretclient reports.
Scrubbookofbusinessforinternalsalesopportunitiesandcollaboratewith RVP.
ManageClientexpectationsrelativetoTrinityService Standards.
ResolveconflictsanddisputeswithrespecttoClientexpectationsand outcomes.
ParticipateinSalesMeetingsas needed.
Stayabreastofindustrytrends,marketand competitors.
Otherdutiesas assigned.
Requirements
Residenceingeographicareaofassigned location.
Strongcommunicationskills(writtenand verbal).
Abilitytomanageofficefunctionsefficiently,organizework,establishprioritiesandmaintaingoodinterpersonal relations.
Demonstratedattentiontodetail;multi-taskingandprioritizing skills.
Demonstratedhigh-levelclientservice skills.
ASPPAQKAdesignationrequiredorwillingtoattain;maintainASPPA membership.
ProficientwithMSOffice(Word,Excel, Outlook).
Highlymotivatedself-starterwithgoodproblem-solvingskillsandtheabilitytowork independently.
