Real Estate Attorney

Responsibilities

Draft and negotiate mortgage loan documentation

Manage title and survey review and broader real estate due diligence

Review corporate organizational documents and mortgage loan enforceability opinions

Coordinate transaction closings

Work directly with loan servicers

Support real estate secured finance transactions and other deals (acquisitions, dispositions, development projects)

Qualifications

3+ years of commercial real estate finance transactional experience

Strong communication and legal writing skills

Excellent academic credentials

Admission to the TX Bar
