**Ihre Aufgaben*** Übernahme der Projektleitung als Projektsteuerer und Bauherrenvertreter für infrastrukturelle Bauvorhaben inkl. regelmäßigem Reporting an den Bauherrn* Projekt Management für das Planen und Errichten aller neuen Technikzentralen und Ver- und Entsorgungsleitungen für das gesamte 12 ha große Campusgelände* Koordination und Steuerung der Planung aller Gewerk mit dem Bauherren und dem Generalplaner* Entwickeln und umsetzen der Baustellenmobilisierung und -Logistik* Mitgestaltung von Ausschreibungen für Infrastrukturgewerke sowie Teilnahme an Vertragsverhandlungen mit Bau- und Fachunternehmen* Qualitätskontrolle und kontinuierliche Mängelaufnahme und Mängelverfolgung zur Sicherstellung der erforderlichen Qualitäten im Tiefbau und Anlagenbau* Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen verschiedenen Infrastrukturgewerken, Hochbauprojekten und laufendem Campusbetrieb* Monitoring und Controlling der beauftragten Bau- und Fachunternehmen, Führen der wöchentlichen Baubesprechungen* Planprüfung (KG 400, 500) und Koordination der Planprüfung zu den Schnittstellen der KG 300 und 600* Nachverfolgen von Kosten- und Terminzielen, regelmäßiger Soll-Ist-Abgleich der Ausführungstermine**Ihr Profil*** Abgeschlossenes Studium als Bauingenieur (m/w/d), Versorgungstechniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Infrastruktur/Tiefbau* Mind. 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bau- und Projektmanagement von Infrastruktur-projekten und/oder Versorgungstechnik* Bauleitungserfahrung von komplexen Tiefbauvorhaben, Ver- und Entsorgungsleitungen sowie Energiezentralen* Erfahrung im Controlling und Monitoring von Bau- und Fachunternehmen im Bereich Infrastruktur und Versorgungstechnik* Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Planung und Realisierung von Medienversorgung (Strom, Wasser, Abwasser, Wärme, Kälte, Gas)* Kenntnisse im Bereich Baurechtsschaffung und Genehmigungsverfahren für infrastrukturelle Anlagen* Lust, auf der Baustelle etwas entscheiden und bewegen zu können und Verantwortung zu übernehmen* Gute Kenntnisse in den bestehenden Verordnungen (HOAI, VOB, EnEV/GEG) und Normen (DIN) sowie dem Stand der Technik* Erfahrung im Einsatz von Software zur Terminsteuerung, wie beispielsweise MS Project* Gute Englischkenntnisse (internationaler Bauherr)* Interesse am eigenständigen Aufbau von Kundenbindungen* Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie koordinatives Geschick im Umgang mit verschiedenen Gewerken**Was wir bieten**Bei JLL erwartet Sie ein internationales Arbeitsumfeld in einem der führenden Immobiliendienstleistungsunternehmen weltweit.
