As our Assistant Director of Engineering, you’ll be the right hand to the Director of Engineering and play a key role in overseeing the entire hotel’s operations—inside and out. You’ll guide a talented team, ensure our building systems are performing at their best, and help maintain the high standards our guests love.
What You’ll Bring
HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical & distribution
Energy management/BAS systems
Preventive maintenance programs
Scheduling and managing service vendors
Coordinating repairs and project work
Leading, developing, and inspiring a team
Understanding P&L statements and basic checkbook accounting
Navigating applicable codes and safety standards
Communicating clearly and professionally—both verbally and in writing
