Senior Director I, Global Finance & Strategy Integration This role is responsible for shaping and governing the global Finance & Strategy integration agenda across Operating Units, Platform Services, and Center teams, establishing and leading a robust global governance model that enables prioritization, alignment, and execution of strategic initiatives across the Finance and Strategy network.

The role drives function-wide integration with a strong emphasis on global consistency, value realization, and acceleration of the digital agenda. The successful candidate will bring a forward-looking, “outside-in” perspective, ensuring successful and seamless execution of our Future of Finance strategy. This leader will operate at the intersection of strategy, transformation, and governance, influencing senior stakeholders and enabling disciplined decision‑making across the network.

What You Will Do for Us Networked Governance

Define, implement, and continuously evolve Future of Finance strategic governance, ensuring alignment across Operating Units, Platform Services, and Center teams.

Chair and orchestrate finance governance forums (e.g., Integration Steering Committee), driving enterprise prioritization, decision‑making discipline, and transparency on strategic initiatives.

Establish standardized decision rights, prioritization criteria, and value tracking mechanisms to ensure consistent evaluation and execution of initiatives globally.

Ensure clear measurement and visibility of outcomes, including tracking of enterprise value realization and benefits delivery.

Digital Leadership

Partner with senior stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and scale high‑impact digital initiatives that address critical business challenges. Act as the function’s spoc with DTS.

Champion a digital‑first mindset, embedding advanced analytics, automation, and AI capabilities into Finance & Strategy ways of working.

Integration & Execution

Link enterprise strategy to function’s strategy and objectives.

Lead cross‑functional workshops and executive‑level engagements to shape solutions, align stakeholders, and accelerate decision‑making.

Drive end‑to‑end integration of initiatives, from ideation through execution and value realization.

Introduce and institutionalize best‑in‑class methodologies, tools, and ways of working across the global Finance network.

Leadership & Culture

Foster a high‑performance, collaborative culture across a global, matrixed organization.

Influence senior leadership and stakeholders to embrace transformation and new ways of working.

Partner with Finance Capability leadership to drive capability building and cultural transformation across the function.

Drive Change Management initiatives linked to the Future of Finance, ensuring everyone is on board.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

12 years of progressive experience in Finance, Strategy, or Transformation roles, with significant exposure to global, matrixed organizations.

MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Proven experience leading enterprise‑wide transformation and governance models.

Strong background in Finance, including both strategic and operational roles.

Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior executives across geographies and functions.

$180,000 - $203,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
