Key Account Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop & manage key accounts in the electronic & electrical industry; build long-term customer relationships.
  • Design and execute key account sales strategies to meet targets.
  • Understand customer needs and deliver customized product solutions & after-sales support.
  • Collect market data, analyze competitors, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, sign contracts, and oversee execution.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Polymer Science, Materials, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience with proven success managing a major decision-making account; led at least one 0-to-1 project from development to launch.
  • Highly self-driven, passionate, achievement-oriented, and resilient.
  • Strong ability to initiate and build business relationships.
  • Embrace diverse cultural environment and coordinate with global teams.
