About the role


We're looking for a Corporate Account Executive to build and manage B2B transportation accounts in Chicago. You'll own the full sales cycle — prospecting, quoting, closing, and growing recurring corporate accounts.


This covers executive transportation, corporate travel programs, employee shuttles, and group travel. You're selling to operations managers, executive assistants, office managers, and corporate travel buyers.


What you'll do


• Build a pipeline of recurring B2B accounts in the Chicago market

• Run discovery calls, put together proposals, and close deals

• Manage and grow your book of business after launch

• Work with leadership on pricing and account strategy

• Keep your CRM current and your pipeline organized

What the first 90 days look like


• Month 1: Learn the service lines, build your target list, start outreach

• Month 2: Active pipeline with real next steps, first proposals out

• Month 3: First closed account, recurring revenue in motion


Compensation


• Base salary: $65,000–$70,000

• Year 1 OTE: $85,000–$95,000+

• Commission: 3% on new accounts, 1% on renewals — uncapped


This is a W-2 salaried position, Monday through Friday, 9 to 5, in-office near O'Hare.


Who we’re looking for


• Someone with a B2B sales track record, ideally in recurring or account-based sales

• Chicago-based or willing to be in-office daily

• Transportation, logistics, or corporate travel experience is a plus but not required
