We deploy vetted field teams across 225+ markets nationwide to handle the work that keeps properties running: pre-check-in inspections, maintenance, cleaning coordination, vendor access, bulk item handling, and more. Our customers span long-term rentals, short-term rentals, and corporate housing. Same-day dispatch, no long-term contracts.
The Role
This is a full-cycle closing role. You'll own prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, and close for new property management accounts across all three of our customer segments. You'll also identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts across the full Fido service suite.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and close new property management accounts (LTR, STR, corporate housing)
- Run discovery calls, demos, and proposals end-to-end
- Grow revenue within existing accounts by expanding service lines
- Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity reporting in CRM
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in property management, proptech, or related services
- Comfortable selling multi-service solutions to operations-focused buyers
- Self-directed, you don't need to be managed closely to hit your number
- Proficiency with CRM tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary plus uncapped commission, OTE $95K+
