You will take full responsibility for major OEM accounts, driving growth, influencing strategy, and making a direct impact on business performance across North America.



What you will be doing

  • Manage and grow key automotive OEM accounts across North America
  • Develop and execute account strategies to increase revenue and profitability
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with commercial and technical stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing and target customers
  • Collaborate with internal technical and commercial teams to deliver customer solutions
  • Lead forecasting, pricing strategy, and commercial negotiations



What we are looking for

  • Experience in sales or account management within the automotive industry
  • Proven track record of managing and growing key customer accounts
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to drive revenue and margin growth
  • Experience working with OEMs and/or Tier 1 suppliers
  • Ability to build relationships at multiple levels within customer organizations
  • Technical background (materials, chemicals, engineering) is advantageous but not essential
