You’ll play a key role in evaluating loan opportunities, managing risk, and contributing to client growth. This role offers strong exposure to complex deals and opportunities to develop leadership and credit expertise.### **Key Accountabilities*** Analyze borrower financials, property performance, and market data to evaluate new and existing loan opportunities* Manage portfolio risk by monitoring loan performance and ensuring accurate, timely risk ratings* Partner with Relationship Managers to support client relationships and deliver responsive service* Prepare clear, comprehensive credit presentations and approval materials* Ensure compliance with lending policies, regulatory guidelines, and internal procedures* Monitor repayment activity, covenant compliance, and overall financial condition of borrowers* Support due diligence and underwriting for new client opportunities and transactions* Contribute to special projects and mentor junior team members as needed### **Education & Experience****Required:*** Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)* 4+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate or credit analysis* 4+ years managing or analyzing complex credit transactions**Preferred:*** 3+ years in sales or business development* 1+ year of formal credit training* CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation### ### **Why You’ll Love Working Here**At Associated Bank, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative, growth-focused environment where your insights directly impact client success.
