At FAM Realty Group, we partner with agents in Julian and the surrounding areas to expand their land and luxury listing business. You will have access to a steady stream of leads, a full support staff, and marketing designed to make you stand out in this unique segment of the market.
Clients include move-up buyers, high equity sellers, investors, vacation home buyers, and those searching for space, privacy, and views. You bring the expertise and connections. We provide the structure, resources, and leverage.
What We Provide
Consistent listing and buyer appointments through our inside sales department
CMA preparation, marketing assistance, and offer management support
Exclusive access to seller leads, predictive seller data, and referral pipelines
Open house tools, including flyers, signage, and strategy plans
Complete admin and transaction coordination services
Weekly coaching and mentorship focused on rural and lifestyle sales

Compensation:
