Compensation:

Base salary around $150K + bonus eligibility (Manager level up to $160K, bonus up to 10%)

About the Role LHH is partnering with a high‑growth organization to hire a

Senior Oracle EPM Analyst

who will serve as a key bridge between Finance and Technology. This role is fully onsite in Houston and will support enterprise planning, reporting, and performance management initiatives using the Oracle EPM Cloud suite.

This position is ideal for a hands‑on Oracle EPM professional who enjoys owning the platform end‑to‑end, working closely with Accounting and FP&A teams, and driving value across budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting processes. The right candidate will have a blend of technical depth and financial process understanding, along with the ability to guide users, streamline workflows, and optimize EPM applications as the business scales.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and enhance Oracle EPM environments, including metadata updates, hierarchy adjustments, system maintenance, reconciliation activities, and environment stability

Support and train Finance users in Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Management Reporting functionality across Oracle EPM Cloud modules

Build and maintain business rules, calculation logic, and automation to support planning and scenario modeling needs

Design and deliver reports, dashboards, and narrative reporting artifacts to improve transparency, accuracy, and timeliness of financial insights

Partner with FP&A, Accounting, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable EPM solutions

Configure application components such as forms, dimensions, security, translation rules, and data integrations to align with performance and compliance standards

Collaborate with managed service providers and Oracle Support to troubleshoot issues, evaluate enhancements, and improve integration processes

Review monthly Oracle Cloud updates, conduct non‑production testing, and recommend adoption of new features

Serve as project lead or coordinator for EPM initiatives, helping manage timelines, communication, and deliverables

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance/Accounting, Computer Science, Math, or related field

Proven experience supporting and enhancing Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including successful end‑to‑end implementations of Planning (PBCS/EPBCS) and Consolidation (FCCS)

Strong technical capability with configuration, business rule creation, calculation scripts, and data integration tools

Experience with Narrative Reporting, Smart View templates, variance analysis, performance reporting, and scenario modeling

Familiarity with EDMCS, ARCS, TRCS, or other EPM Cloud modules preferred

Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across business rules, metadata, integrations, and user access

Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with Accounting, FP&A, and managed service providers

Must be able to work fully onsite in Houston (Monday–Friday); no sponsorship or remote arrangements available
