We’re looking for a
Senior Database Administrator
to join a growing team supporting critical database systems that power core business operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-availability environment and enjoys optimizing performance, ensuring reliability, and driving continuous improvements across database architecture.
What You’ll Do:
Manage and maintain database systems for performance, availability, and reliability
Monitor and optimize database performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks
Design and implement scalable database structures
Develop and maintain backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes
Plan and execute upgrades, patches, and enhancements
Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Support data security, compliance, and documentation standards
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of DBA experience in production environments
Strong expertise in
SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL
Experience with
performance tuning, backup/recovery, and high-availability systems
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Microsoft SQL Certifications (MCP, MCITP, or MCTS)
Strong communication skills with the ability to work client-facing
Nice to Have:
Experience in
financial services or regulated environments
Knowledge of database security and compliance frameworks
Experience with multiple database platforms (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL)
