ColonialWebb is hiring a Recruitment Marketing Specialist to lead recruitment marketing campaigns focused on attracting skilled trades professionals, including HVAC technicians, electricians, plumbers, pipefitters, and mechanical trades talent. This role partners closely with HR and Talent Acquisition to build targeted campaigns that strengthen our workforce pipeline and support company growth.

This is a great opportunity for a digital marketing specialist with experience in talent attraction, employer branding, campaign analytics, and recruiting advertising.

A Day In The Life

Create and manage recruitment marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, job boards, and digital advertising channels Build targeted campaigns to attract skilled trades, technicians, and craft professionals Write and develop ad copy, social media content, visuals, testimonials, and video concepts Track performance metrics such as cost per applicant, conversion rates, and source effectiveness Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to align campaigns with hiring needs Strengthen ColonialWebb’s employer brand in the construction, HVAC, mechanical, and industrial markets

You Should Have

3+ years of experience in digital marketing, recruitment marketing, talent attraction, or employer branding Experience managing performance-based marketing campaigns Strong skills in campaign analytics, lead generation, and optimization Ability to create compelling content and messaging for recruiting campaigns Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred

Experience marketing to skilled trades, construction, HVAC, mechanical, or industrial audiences Experience with programmatic advertising or geo-targeted recruiting campaigns
