Outpatient breast imaging center About the Role
This Radiologic Technologist position supports a high quality outpatient breast imaging center serving the Northern Virginia region. You ll perform diagnostic radiographic imaging and assist with mammography workflows in a patient centered, fast paced environment focused on accuracy, compassion, and clinical excellence. Key Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures following established protocols
Support mammography workflows, including patient preparation and positioning
Ensure proper image quality, radiation safety, and equipment functionality
Document imaging details and patient history in the EMR
Assist clinical staff with patient flow and exam coordination
Maintain a professional, patient focused environment
Follow all regulatory, safety, and quality guidelines
Requirements
ARRT (R) certification
Virginia
state license required (or willing to obtain)
Mammography experience preferred but not required
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a patient focused outpatient setting
Commitment to high quality imaging standards and compassionate care
