Position Overview We seek a skilled AI UX Designer/AI Product Designer to lead the design and implementation of artificial intelligence-driven user experiences. This role combines deep expertise in user-centered design with advanced AI literacy to create innovative, AI-powered interfaces that solve complex user problems.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of professional UX/Product Design experience with at least one portfolio piece demonstrating AI design and/or voice user interface (VUI) work
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, Cognitive Science, or equivalent hands‑on experience
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, constraints, and limitations to inform strategic design decisions
Expert‑level knowledge of user psychology, information architecture, and interaction patterns for complex systems
Proficiency in Figma for design and rapid prototyping
Demonstrated ability to explain complex, probabilistic design choices and collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams
Key Responsibilities
Design user‑centered experiences for AI‑powered products, balancing technical constraints with user needs
Translate AI/ML capabilities into intuitive interface designs and interaction patterns
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate AI design hypotheses
Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to define design specifications
Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries for AI product consistency
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Engineering, Math, Science, or Business
Experience designing conversational AI or chatbot interfaces
Published case studies or portfolio demonstrating AI/ML design work
