The Coordinator, Brand Partnerships is responsible for executing and delivering all sponsorship and advertising commitments across local, regional, and national partners. This role supports the full lifecycle of partnership activation - from sales support and deal structuring through fulfillment execution, tracking, and reporting - while ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, on brand, and exceed partner expectations.

Sales Support, Deal Execution & Planning

Support the sales team through:

Sales meetings, internal strategy sessions, and partner calls

Creation of pitch decks and proposals

Development of deal points, inventory specs, and activation plans

Translate sold assets into clear execution plans including:

Defined deliverables

Timelines, specs, and deadlines

Internal and external stakeholder alignment

Assist in building customized sponsorship packages aligned with partner objectives

Fulfillment & Activity Tracking

Execute all partnership fulfillment activities across weekly, monthly, and annual timelines

Utilize SponsorCX (or CRM tools) to:

Track deliverables

Monitor fulfillment status

Ensure contract compliance

Maintain detailed records of all partner activity and fulfillment progress

Partner Communication

Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for assigned partners

Maintain proactive communication regarding:

Deliverables

Timelines

Status Updates

Ensure a high level of service and responsiveness to partner needs

Internal Coordination

Collaborate cross-functional with:

Creative & Brand Advancement (Graphics, video, editing)

Events & Game Day Operations

Sales and leadership teams

Working in conjunction with Operations coordinator

Ensure all creative assets are:

Requested on time

Aligned with specs

Delivered according to deadlines

Execution Management

Oversee and execute all elements of sponsorship fulfillment including but not limited to:

Signage and in-venue activations

Digital and social assets

Hospitality, tickets, and merchandise in conjunction with Operations coordinator

Promotional and experiential activation

Ensure all deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and at a high standard.

Inventory & Operations Management

Assist in managing sponsorship inventory including but not limited to:

Availability Tracking

Coordination with sales and data teams

Work with vendors and internal teams to:

Procure assets

Manage timelines

Ensure on-time delivery with the operations coordinator

Event & Game Day Execution

Coordinate and execute all partnership elements tied to events and game days in conjunction with Operations coordinator

Act as an on-site problem solver to ensure seamless delivery of sponsor assets

Sserve as liaison between partners, events team, and internal stakeholders

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with partners

Support account management across local, regional, and national sponsors

Assist in hosting and engaging partners during events and hospitality experiences

Internship Program Support

Assist in managing and developing the internship program in conjunction with the Director, Project Management:

Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training

Assigning and overseeing intern responsibilities tied to fulfillment activities

Providing mentorship and professional development guidance

Ensure Interns are integrated into:

Event Execution

Partner Communication

Operational Workflows

Recaps

Agendas and meetings

Other duties as assigned

Sports Liaison

Act as a liaison for specific sports to attend on behalf of SKE to relay partner information, important news, etc.; meetings will be set up and established by the VP, Operations

Database & Reporting (Current Salesforce/SponsorCX CRM Systems)

Maintain accurate data entry and tracking across CRM Systems

Support reporting on:

Fulfillment status for assets

Partner activities and notes

Inventory usage

Ensure all partnership data is up-to-date and actionable for internal teams

Administrative support for senior leadership

All VP and above-level employees when needed

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work background)

Demonstrated track record of success in a sports marketing environment supporting a sales group is strongly preferred.

A history of success in a media, entertainment or sports organization would be strongly preferred.

Experience in a customer service/support role is essential.

Diligent self-starter and project manager

Innovative, energetic, and self-motivated

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Superior knowledge of the MS suite with an emphasis on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Experience with CRM (Salesforce/SponsorCX) tools and systems management skills would be preferred.

Experience working with Digideck software skills would be preferred.
