Design and develop instructor-led and on-the-job training for apprenticeships in the Power Generation utility industry. Develop learning materials for technical content, including hands‑on practice activities, student guides, facilitator guides, scenarios, videos, assessments, simulations, and other instructional media. Perform a detailed task analysis for each job function, business process, or system for which training will be developed. Define learning objectives, and course structure aligned to stakeholder needs and to meet the constraints of the learning environment. Work under the direction of the Senior Instructional Designer to apply company standards, guidelines, and templates. Participate in milestone meetings with subject matter experts, including task analysis, alpha, beta, train the trainer, and pilot. Engage with subject matter experts for ongoing content review and validation. Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.
