Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Closer based in North Palm Beach, FL. The Real Estate Closer will handle all aspects of facilitating residential and commercial real estate transactions, including preparing and reviewing closing documents, and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements. The position requires thorough knowledge of title insurance, real estate closing processes, and the use of Landtech and other closing software.

Qualifications

Proficiency in real estate closing processes

Knowledge of Title Insurance processes and documentation

Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with attorneys, clients, and agents

Excellent organization and time management skills

Familiarity with state and federal real estate laws and regulations
