We are actively seeking an experienced
Construction Superintendent
to oversee healthcare, commercial, and industrial construction projects in the Indianapolis area.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all on-site construction activities from start to finish
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspections
Maintain project schedules and ensure timely delivery
Enforce safety standards and jobsite compliance
Collaborate with Project Managers, clients, and stakeholders
Ensure quality control across all phases of construction
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent
Experience with healthcare, commercial, and/or industrial projects required
Strong leadership and jobsite management skills
Ability to manage schedules, subcontractors, and multiple scopes
