WeCare tlc, a woman‑owned mission‑driven healthcare company is looking for a Client Growth Strategist (CGS) to drive strategic client growth, expand service adoption, and turn customer love into lasting partnerships. This is a unique opportunity to shape business development for an industry disruptor in employer‑sponsored advanced primary care.

What You’ll Do

Own the Customer Ladder – move clients from users / champions / referrers

Lead strategic Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with impact‑driven insights

Identify white space opportunities and recommend service expansions

Launch and manage our "Gold Partner" client tier model

Train and empower clients to become active referrers

What Success Looks Like

30% increase in multi‑service adoption

25% reduction in time‑to‑upgrade

2+ client referrals per quarter

60% of clients become raving fans by year‑end

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in related field

3–5 years in client success, account strategy, or growth roles

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills

Ability to uncover opportunities and lead high‑impact client conversations

Experience with referral programs or partner enablement is a plus
