Responsibilities
Complete the PLACE Launch training program
Consistently implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in identifying suitable properties
Represent sellers and buyers in negotiating offers
Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
Host a minimum of two open houses each month
Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
Engage in weekly script practice sessions following team guidelines
Actively participate in team meetings and activities as required
Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
Work closely with sellers to secure listings and effectively market their properties
Provide expert guidance on pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services
Qualifications
Self-driven sales expert with a competitive edge
Skilled at establishing rapport, understanding client needs, and providing effective solutions
Proficient in prospecting and generating leads
Naturally adept at handling objections
