Responsibilities
Complete the PLACE Launch program
Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
Advise buyers, secure signed agreements, and locate suitable properties
Represent sellers and buyers in offer negotiations
Monitor tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
Engage in weekly script practice according to team guidelines
Take part in team activities as per team standards
Dedicate to monthly one‑on‑one coaching sessions, weekly training, and Partner Calls
Advise sellers, secure listings, and promote properties
Qualifications You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
