The Opportunity We’re hiring an Amazon Catalog Manager to take full ownership of catalog health, listing accuracy, variation integrity, and backend listing quality across our Amazon business.
This is a key role. You will be responsible for keeping listings accurate, complete, compliant, and properly structured at all times. You will monitor listing health, resolve catalog issues, maintain backend accuracy, and help identify catalog-related issues that may affect discoverability or conversion.
If you have deep Seller Central experience, are highly detail-oriented, and know how to keep Amazon listings clean, accurate, and high-performing, we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do
Catalog Management
Maintain and optimize 500+ SKUs on Amazon
Ensure backend settings such as browse node, category, item type, variation structure, and attributes are correctly populated
Monitor listing health and resolve suppressed listings, stranded issues, blocked edits, and contribution conflicts
Conduct recurring front-end audits for content accuracy including titles, bullets, images, descriptions, and A+ content
Maintain backend data completeness, including keywords, dimensions, materials, and required attributes
Listing Quality & Catalog Health
Own the accuracy and completeness of product detail pages
Build, audit, and maintain parent-child variation structures
Identify and correct catalog defects that may affect discoverability, compliance, customer experience, or conversion
Use flat files, inventory files, and case management to resolve catalog issues quickly and accurately
Escalate unresolved catalog blockers with clear documentation and follow-through
Performance Monitoring & Cross-Functional Support
Monitor catalog-related performance signals such as conversion changes, discoverability issues, and listing quality defects
Identify underperforming ASINs where catalog issues, content gaps, backend defects, or variation problems may be contributing
Partner with internal teams when catalog issues affect traffic, compliance, or sales continuity
Provide actionable, data-driven reporting on catalog risks, listing issues, and priority fixes
What You’ll Need
4+ years in Amazon Seller Central (required)
Strong experience with flat files, variation troubleshooting, suppression recovery, and catalog issue resolution
Experience managing large catalogs (500+ SKUs)
Strong knowledge of browse nodes, item types, backend attributes, and category mapping
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
Strong understanding of Amazon listing structure, catalog maintenance, and compliance requirements
Familiarity with Sellerboard, Keepa, DataRova, or similar software is a plus
Fluent English
Highly organized, self-motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented
Committed to a single full-time role
