Ensure backend settings such as browse node, category, item type, variation structure, and attributes are correctly populated

Monitor listing health and resolve suppressed listings, stranded issues, blocked edits, and contribution conflicts

Conduct recurring front-end audits for content accuracy including titles, bullets, images, descriptions, and A+ content

Maintain backend data completeness, including keywords, dimensions, materials, and required attributes

Listing Quality & Catalog Health

Own the accuracy and completeness of product detail pages

Build, audit, and maintain parent-child variation structures

Identify and correct catalog defects that may affect discoverability, compliance, customer experience, or conversion

Use flat files, inventory files, and case management to resolve catalog issues quickly and accurately

Escalate unresolved catalog blockers with clear documentation and follow-through

Performance Monitoring & Cross-Functional Support

Monitor catalog-related performance signals such as conversion changes, discoverability issues, and listing quality defects

Identify underperforming ASINs where catalog issues, content gaps, backend defects, or variation problems may be contributing

Partner with internal teams when catalog issues affect traffic, compliance, or sales continuity

Provide actionable, data-driven reporting on catalog risks, listing issues, and priority fixes

What You’ll Need

4+ years in Amazon Seller Central (required)

Strong experience with flat files, variation troubleshooting, suppression recovery, and catalog issue resolution

Experience managing large catalogs (500+ SKUs)

Strong knowledge of browse nodes, item types, backend attributes, and category mapping

Highly organized, self-motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented

Committed to a single full-time role

What We Offer

$1500–$3500/month + monthly performance bonuses

Significant career growth potential

100% remote role with flexibility

Paid time off + a flexible work schedule

High-impact role with autonomy and visibility

Direct influence on listing quality, catalog stability, and operational performance

This Role Is for You If…
