ESC has an exciting opportunity for a

Event Campaign Manager

to support our premier client in either

Portland, OR

or

New York, NY . This

7-month contract

role will lead demand generation strategy and execution for a portfolio of large-scale B2B events, driving registration, attendance, and engagement across global campaigns. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with strong campaign ownership experience and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

What You’ll Do: Strategic Campaign Leadership

Own end-to-end demand generation strategy for assigned event campaigns, from planning through post-event analysis

Develop and execute digital-first campaign strategies, including livestream and virtual engagement programs

Make data-driven decisions on channel mix, messaging, and campaign optimization

Partner with channel teams to execute integrated campaigns across email, paid media, web, social, and search

Collaborate with content and marketing teams to develop targeted messaging and campaign assets

Cross-Functional Coordination

Coordinate across marketing, content, analytics, and program teams to drive campaign execution

Partner with regional stakeholders and marketing teams to ensure alignment and delivery

Manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple concurrent campaigns

Oversee content workflows, including asset review, approvals, and deployment

Performance & Optimization

Monitor campaign performance and optimize in real time based on data insights

Analyze registration trends, engagement metrics, and channel performance

Execute A/B testing to improve conversion rates and campaign effectiveness

Lead post-campaign analysis and contribute to ongoing process improvements

What You’ll Need:

5+ years of experience in B2B marketing campaign management and demand generation

Proven experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, web, paid media, events)

Strong experience managing cross-functional projects and coordinating stakeholders

Ability to analyze performance metrics and drive data-informed decisions

Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have:

Experience with event or field marketing campaigns

Familiarity with marketing and project management tools (e.g., Workfront, marketing automation platforms)

Experience with A/B testing, SEO, and digital performance optimization

Background working in large, complex or global organizations
