Opportunity Overview Blue Star is seeking an experienced framing contractor or crew to support ongoing and upcoming residential projects. This role is ideal for professionals with a proven track record of delivering high-quality structural framing on schedule.
Scope of Work
Perform layout and structural framing
Complete wall, floor, and roof framing
Read and interpret construction plans and specifications
Coordinate material needs and maintain jobsite organization
Collaborate with project teams and trades
Ensure framing meets structural requirements and Blue Star quality standards
Contractor Requirements
Proven residential framing experience
Operates an independent business entity or sole proprietorship
Own tools, equipment, and crew (if applicable)
General liability insurance (COI required)
Ability to manage schedule independently
Strong workmanship and attention to detail
Professional communication and reliability
Compensation
Project-based or negotiated per scope
Payment terms outlined in contractor agreement
Opportunity for ongoing work based on performance
