Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent based in Midland, TX. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and evaluating properties. Key duties may include preparing market analyses, supporting negotiations, marketing properties, providing exceptional customer service, and managing transactions from start to finish. Collaboration with clients to identify their goals and needs will be a critical part of this role.
Qualifications
A valid Real Estate License is required.
Proficiency in Real Estate practices, including buying, selling, and managing transactions effectively.
Experience in Customer Service to ensure top-tier client satisfaction and relationship management.
Knowledge of Real Property laws and principles.
Strong Sales skills, including negotiation and marketing expertise.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with real estate software and technologies is a plus.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
