Role Description This contract role is for a Licensed Real Estate Agent at Zenith Residential Properties LLC, based in Watertown, MA. This is a hybrid position, with on-site client engagement and remote work opportunities. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties, conducting property showings, handling negotiations, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, the role includes preparing documentation, conducting market research, and maintaining property listings to ensure client needs are met effectively.

Qualifications

Possession of an active Real Estate License

Expertise in Real Estate and Real Property transactions

Proficiency in Sales and strong negotiation skills

Outstanding Customer Service skills and client relationship management experience

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage a hybrid work schedule

Knowledge of the Boston, MA real estate market is a plus

Proficiency in digital tools and software for real estate listings and marketing
