This is a full-time role for a Licensed Real Estate Agent, Investor based in Dallas, TX. The role involves identifying and evaluating investment opportunities in residential real estate, cultivating strong relationships with clients and property owners, and managing property transactions from acquisition through closing. The individual will provide expert advice and guidance to help clients navigate the home-buying and selling process, with a focus on solving unique challenges for distressed properties. The position requires active engagement in the local market and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of real estate trends and opportunities. Qualifications

Proficiency in Real Estate practices and knowledge of Real Property management Strong Sales and negotiation skills with a focus on real estate investment opportunities Excellent Customer Service and interpersonal communication skills Ability to work off-site in Texas, and effectively engage with clients and stakeholders Experience with distressed property transactions is a plus Highly motivated and results-driven with strong time management skills Proficiency in real estate software and tools is preferred
